Do you come outside business hours? Yes, by arrangement also in the evenings or on weekends — especially for installations that should not interrupt operations.

What if I don’t know my NAS model? No problem. I’ll take a free look at everything and explain exactly what’s there and what can be improved.

Do you also work with Mac devices? For basic tasks yes. For complex Mac problems I’ll honestly recommend when a specialist is better suited.
